Opportunity Assessments

These are typically a 1 week onsite assessment of the accounting and operations areas. The goal of the assessment is to identify opportunities within the current entity and propose methods to execute the positive improvements rapidly. Within the assessment, we focus on some of the following areas:

  • Evaluate Cash Funding Opportunities

  • Review Income Statements

  • Review Operational Metrics

  • Evaluate the the Business Model

At the end of the assessment we would create a write up to share with senior management.
